I like this property because of the area but the hotel it self needs to be updated. When I first walk into my room the smell was horrible. In the restroom there was mold behind the light fixtures and stains on the carpet. It was a nice hotel that just needs to go under so updates.

Frühstück hat schon gepasst war gut. Jedoch war sowohl der flur zum zimmer mit Haarbüschel dreck papierschnipsel und der gleichen bedeckt. Im zimmer angekommen musste man leider sofort ekne muffigen geruch wahrnehmen. Die tagesdecke war mit flecken übersäht und der boden war teils klebrig und feucht. Das Bad leider in keinster weise vergleichbar mit den bildern. Alles in allem Zimmer nicht wie erwartet. Erwartungen wurden anhand der Bilder auf der webseite angestellt. Nie mehr wieder. In deutschlad ist hilten ein Name in den USA in diesem zumindest nichts besseres als ein besseres motel

The hallways smelled like animals!! The house keeper didn’t come clean our room. I was told she doesn’t clean unless we are checking out. Nobody never is at the front desk late at night.

This property is potentially commiting fraud. They lost my card information that I had paid incidental then accused me of not paying the incidental. How would I have checked in the room in the first place? They call my room at 8am waking me up and demanding I give them card information or kick me out of hotel. Funny thing is this employee was not even a manager just has serious emotional issues. The manager I talked to at check in was actually great so its a shame. essentially accused me of fraud. This is in addition to the room having mold and reeking of cigarettes. I filed corporate complaint against the lady and told her as I was checking out. I additional showed the proof of incidental charge and even an email from manager of hotel verifying I had left a card. She completely ignores me and then large male named Cameron who is a maintenance employee decides to step up in my face 2 inches away in a very threatening manner. Nonetheless I de escalated and left the hotel immediately and additionally reported this. This hotel is not safe, not trust worthy, and does not value customers. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels ranging from a cheap extended stay to a ritz... This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any property let alone a Hilton one. I will never stay at another Hilton and urge anyone who is considering this property who values their safety and mental health to stay elsewhere as this location is not an acceptable place to stay.

The property was in good condition overall. However, it did have a wet dog smell to it. In some areas it was in some conditions in need of repair. Especially for the price they were charging. Then the breakfast was small and overpriced.

Everything was really nice except the shower was very small. Me at 5’6 had to tuck not to hit the shower head and my husband at 6’5 his head was practically touching the ceiling in the shower.
