We stayed for 1 night and Glenisha provided amazing service at our check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was yummy with many options, and check-out time at 12pm is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Reupholster the dining room chairs. The seat fabric is ripped in most of them, which makes the dining room look like a dump. Turn off the dining room tv, which is noise which nobody pays attention to. Instead, pipe in some soothing classical or semi-classical music which will elevate the environment. Everybody gets their news from their phones now, not TV. THANK YOU.

Facility was clean and attractive. The overall lighting is very dim, even with every light on. Warning signs should be posted in the bathroom stating the boiling temperature of the hot water. I'd be surprised if no one has never suffered serious burns. It could be very dangerous for children or anyone not expecting that temperature. The noise level outside our room was very loud as it was next to a busy road. The room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very large and varied. Something was wrong with the orange juice machine, the juice was so sour it was not drinkable. The variety of foods was nice. It was very clean and constantly refilled. We certainly appreciate no charge for parking. That is a rarity anymore. The hotel is very convenient to the hospital and many doctor offices. I would have to think that is the main reason people choose this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had stayed for one night so we werent looking for anything super fancy. I found this hotel because it was near the venue we are doing an expo at. Upon walking in the front desk greeted us and checked us in it was a pretty fast experience. We got to our room and the room was huge! It had a bed area and a separate couch bed and desk area. The bed was pretty comfortable and very clean. My one and only "complaint" was the remote did not work for the TV, but we were watching netflix show on our ipad so we did not miss it. The bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well. In the morning we went downstairs to grab some breakfast. We were expecting muffins and cereal, but they had a small hot food bar with eggs, bacon, french toast, and waffles that you can make in a machine. I def will be staying again when I am in Orlando.

Staff needs training on kindness

It took us 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. We walked up and down the hallways. I knocked on staff doors. My husband called the front desk numerous times. No employee insight! When I found someone I asked her if anyone working the front desk. My husband said she looked me up and down giving me the dirtiest looks. Uncalled for! I wasn’t rude or raising my voice. Definitely will not be back!
