The room was not clean!!. There was still a lot of hair from the previous stay all over the room, the bathroom was filthy, mold and mildew spots, very dated, not clean, the shower was deplorable and the curtain was dirty and ripped! Very untidy establishment.

There is only housekeeping once every four days. And when they did they did not replace the shower body soap/shampoo which was empty and they took away the bar soap for the sink and did not replace it. So the last of our 4 nights we had no soap at all. Beautiful lobby but less than average rooms. Shower head was filthy.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The AC unit made a noise like you were driving down the highway with the windows down so it was hard to sleep. We told the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it, when we came back it still made the same noise. The water took forever to get hot and once it was “hot” it was just warm on the hottest setting. The only good thing about it was the staff was nice.

All the money went to redecorating the lobby. Rooms were terrible, beds were even worse - especially if you're trying to share them, because that's not feasible. Staff was super friendly and sharkys food was amazing!

Frequently stay here when we go to Universal. But this time it was easy 15 min drive to camping world. Clean room. The only thing was that they charged an early check in fee which has never happened before.
