$50 resort fee?? Transportation to the parks $15 per person?? Took 3 hours to get out room ready and the floors were not clean. Asked for extra pillows, never received! Staff at hotel restaurant were helpful, food was decent. Parking $29?? Lots of reason to stay somewhere else on our next visit. Bonvoy needs to review these properties closely.
