Check-in went great. The staff was very nice and gave us a Hilton Honors goodie bag to take up to the room. The room was spacious with a small coffee maker, average size bathroom and two double beds. Lighting was good, the pillows were amazing, and the mattress was very comfortable. The only problem we had with the room was there was no hot water for the shower at 9 PM. We arrive late due to an incoming international flight and wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. The breakfast the next morning was good. There were not many healthy options, i.e. milk alternatives, gluten-free or vegan. The shuttle was on time and very efficient. The shuttle driver was exceptional, very very nice. Check out was smooth and easy. I simply dropped my keys in. When we called about the hot water issue, we were told that they would give us the room half price but I paid through Hotels.com so I'm not sure how to do that. Please advise.

The hotel greets you with a rather dingy appearance; same for the rooms: chrome missing from shower door assembly; carpet was dirty; bathroom vanity was scratched. On the other hand staff were accommodating and efficient. Breakfast had really tasty options . Hotel was very convenient and the shuttle service was useful to us.

This is a good one or two night stopover hotel. It seems a bit older and could use a "facelift". The place was clean and quiet. The bed was very soft, I prefer a bit firmer mattress. The breakfast was not anything special, basic eggs, coffee, cereal menu. Close to La Guardia, which is a plus. Shuttle provided by the hotel to/from La Guardia is a fine service. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was good for a shower. It really is just a commuter hotel though.
