The rooms and bathrooms need updating. They look old and dingy. However the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everyone I encountered from ground keepers, front desk, housekeeping, bar tenders, and waitresses greeted me with a smile.

This was not my first stay at Coco Lapalm. We all had a great time! Each and every staff member was great and cheery! Since I was a repeat guest, they offer you a gift from the gift shop. The hat came in handy when sitting at the beautiful beach. Thanks for a great time! We’ll be back.

Home away from home. Exceptional service, delicious food, comfortable and clean rooms. Only thing that detracted from enjoyment was Marijuana, cigarette and cigar smoke pollution from other guests. Why come to a beautiful natural place like Negril and pollute with Marijuana, cigarette and cigar smoke?

I stayed with Family and I have no complaints . This property was exceptionally clean everyday staff was cleaning rooms, cleaning the beach, cleaning the actual property, it rained a couple days and staff was clearing the water from pathway so guests could go to their rooms, this place is Five star, the food was good, Dave, Romeo and the other guys at the bar was excellent Jada and all the dining room staff was awesome. The front desk was welcoming everything was just great at this place. There was however no wifi in the rooms but I didnt care my 4 year old, husband, aunts and cousins disnt care they loved it we enjoyed our stay and will be back April break. I never write reviews but this place DID TUN UP SO I HAD TO BIG DEM UP.

I love Coco Lapalm! I feel like I’m going to my second home! The staff are wonderful! Appreciated Steve and Dewayne on the beach missed Gibson this year hope he has a wonderful holiday! Loved our room we will request this room from now on because of my bad foot it was close to beach and restaurant! We will always return to this great place! can’t wait for next year!!
