The beach area was amazing! Pools were also nice. The restaurants were ok, Momo was absolutely delicious! The staff on the beach were great! The staff across from the check in and out desk were very annoying and pushy! Trying to sell membership. The gal we were pushed to would not take no for an answer. They try to get you to have breakfast with someone the next morning. Do NOT do it! It wastes hours of your vacation. The spa was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was amazing!! Best deep tissue massage ive ever had!

Excellent family hotel
Excellent stay!! Just need more varierty of food (every day chicken and pork ). The one day they had oxtail you had to queue for extended period to get some. Servers are excellent. The play room and game room was excellent for the kids. The playroom has supervision, you could leave your child and come back at specific periods.

Didn't like being scammed into upgrading our room, Didn't like the had sell for "time share type future accomodations" Enjoyed the various speciality restaurants, the coffee shop Our spa treatment was good but would have liked to be able to access spa area without having treatment i.e to use sauna. Most interaction with staff was ok or good. Didn't appreciate not being given a printed receipt on check in jus getting credit card receipt not showing breakdown of charges. Was not happy withe alledged point/credit for the gift shop. Credit was only redeemable on limited item and the tax was added so there was no benefit from this another scam. Would I visit again ? Unlikely to visit as was not good value for my needs.

The food served everyday was the same. There was no variety. The staffs working in the buffet area were not very friendly. The area outside of the rooms and hallway was kept very cold. The temperature was below 18 degrees centigrade.

Been a few rimes. Dining options nice. Be aware if its busy you can have ossues parking as car park gets full very easily and you might need to park of the property. Also check in can take time when busy so be prepared to wait and also for the lifts. We ended uo taking the stairs more than once.

This hotel needs some update. The elevator was broken the whole week. The sales people are so aggressive towards you to purchase a timeshare. The people that work there need to take classes in customer service. They make you feel as its such a hassle when you ask for something.

The hotel was nice, you’re being sold to
Prior to my arrival hotels.com was absolutely awful, there was no confirmation email sent so I was unable to book my transfer. I was left stranded at the airport when I arrived and lost an entire day. I was told to take a private taxi in a very dangerous part of town in order to get to my hotel. Luckily Family on the island rescued me and took me back to their home and then embarked on the journey the following day meaning I’ve lost an entire day which I will be complaining and getting a refund for. Once I arrived, I constantly felt like I was being sold to by the hotel reps. They up sold an upgrade where IThey up sold an upgrade where I already had Seaview, then gave me the back of the hotel with a tiny part Seaview with a balcony. I was never given a confirmation email to check whether I had a balcony with Seaview in the first place. However, I paid to be downgraded, the following day this was solved and I moved back to the original room which had a stunning Seaview. The upsell does not end there, we were asked to attend a seminar which looked to take more money. Then we are charged taxes on top of any services you purchase. There are hidden charges in everything so be very careful. Apart from that, the food is lovely the beds are comfortable.
