we were told the breakfast was included..it was not . we were told there would be a king bed..it was not...we were told there would be a shuttle...there was not...staff at check in and out were rude..not recommended and not at all as advertised...unexpected charges were all over the place and breakfast was very subpar for the 70 we paid when it was supposed to be included...fraudulent and false advertising...very disappointed...would like breakfast at least to be refunded...

Checkin was not great. Room was terrible. There was no real bathroom, so odd. No towels, tissues, etc. safe didn’t work. They kept saying they are sending someone but no one came. Restaurant was good though.

I thought the location was wonderful. Staff was fantastic. Accommodations were good. Very clean. Restaurant, bar and pool areas were nice. I did have a small issue where they overcharged my credit card at a higher tip amount at the bar than what I had written down. I'm hoping an innocent mixup and plan to call to ask for an adjustment today. Overall very happy and would definitely stay here again.
