Excellent customer service!! Very friendly and helpful staff. My family enjoy being at this establishment!! Food at the restaurant inside the Lobby was delicious. Highly recommended establishment: I had no issues. This hotel is equipped with new technology: my kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub.. highly recommend Dino at the restaurant he is an amazing server ❤️❤️❤️.

Noisy women neighbours kept us awake during the evening. Called security at 2:10am when we couldn’t stand the yelling, screaming and laughing through the walls. They came and the noise settled down. Other than that, the hotel is nice and hip. Alright for one night stay before our cruise. Pretty expensive too.

There was no front desk to checkin, but instead there was a computer type system that felt very cold and unwelcoming. I had no idea what to do. However a man told me to checkin at the system. I would not stay again

The style of the room was cute but very small. There were some very thick eyelashes that I found on the floor from a previous guest. The bed had light stains on the sheets. I wound up with pink eye my third day there. Due to the lashes I found on the floor, on my side of the bed I am wondering if it was from the pillow l slept on. The breakfast was Amazing, I had it two mornings in a row. Not horrible just could have been a little cleaner.

Checking in was a nightmare, the host made it very difficult to resolve my problems. There was only one person at the front desk at all times, even during the busiest hours.. so the wait was always pretty long. The room was small but overall nice and clean.

Bed was made with dirty sheets and no sheet on mattress just the mattress cover. When we reported it to the front desk, they sent someone to tge room and they just handed me a set of sheets and walked away. First time i have ever had to make my own bed at a hotel and considering the circumstances, i cant believe the staff didnt make the bed.
