No se puede negar que el hotel es bonito, tiene su mística, pero hay cosas que no están muy bien: 1. La publicidad en relación al parqueo es engañosa, sepan que aunque indiquen que el parqueo está disponible, pero no es gratis e inclusive es caro. En el área hay opciones mejores que no cobran el parqueo. 2. El cuarto está limpio, bonito, PERO no tiene un closet para colgar ropa, solo tienen un "tubo" donde se puede colgar limitadas prendas. 3. Si tienes la mala suerte de quedarte en un cuarto cercano a la máquina de hielo, tendrás que sufrir, porque hace mucho ruido y a toda hora hay gente que llega a llenar su cubeta. Además que durante la estadía, tuve mala suerte y mucha gente bulliciosa, a toda hora. 4. El frigobar, hace demasiado ruido, si tienes el sueño ligero te puede afectar. En general, aunque el hotel es bonito, las fotografias corresponden a lo que verás, pero no lo recomiendo.

The air conditioner kept me awake off and on through the night. It sounded like a jet engine winding up every time it turned on. The shower had a sign that said to run the water for one minute to get warm. I ran it for 15 minutes and it never did get warm. I had to take a quick cold shower and didn't get to wash my hair because it was still that cold. I told the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look into it. No sorry or discount or anything. I will say the lobby was nice and the evening staff was very kind and helpful. The food there was pretty good. The location was excellent.

This hotel did offer shuttle service, but because the van needed gas, we got there after the restaurant was closed. No restaurants close by. They did offer food and a microwave. The hotel needs a little upgrading in the room. Was really nice that they a fast charging station in the lobby for multiple devices.
