Customer service is always great it’s honestly what keeps us coming back. Jorge in the Front desk is so friendly and great love coming back and always seeing his smiling face we were sad pool was not available but also nice to see the upgrade and when it reopens it will be great room was big and clean

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that because is only a 2 story building there are NOT elevators and my mom couldn’t go to the 2nd floor as assigned. The clerk was kind enough to find us a first floor and we transport it her to her room in the luggage cart. The property is very affordable and comfortable

The restaurant Old Tom’s was wonderful! I think the breakfast should have been included in the room price. The shuttle we set up with hotel (to and from the airport & to and from the pier) was so smooth, punctual and just so easy! I highly recommend!!!

The facility’s Accessible rooms were located as far away from the lobby as possible. The floor in the room was uneven, presenting a tripping hazard for those with poor balance. The room had been converted to Accessible configuration in a sloppy fashion, and it felt a bit like a (albeit large) prison cell, dingy and ugly. Also, the doorway into Tom’s Restaurant has an unexpected and unmarked 3” rise, a definite tripping hazard; my wife nearly fell, and twisted her back coming out.

The room was clean. Walls are thin , can hear neighbor talking or their tv. Was awakened 3 times by doors closing, loud people Walking the corridors and some loud bang on the floor- maybe luggage falling. Near restaurant. There is a shuttle runs every hour to airport — very nice service.

Overall was a great experience except for the fact....Hard to park and get in to your room, so many hallways. We had to leave one hallway, Go outside and take another door to a different hallway. Was just inconvenient and frustrating.

The property is outdated. The carpet around the hallways are dirty, stained and needs replacing. When we checked in we were given room 205. We had 2 large suitcases the hotel had 2 floors with no elevator. We had to lift up 2 suitcases of 50lbs each to our room on the second floor. We then immediately noticed that the room smelled stale with a wet odor. After few hours of being in the room we noticed that the AC was leaking water all over the floor. The room is outdated. The carpet is old and the bathroom had cracks in the tiles. Caulking around the shower was messy. We called the front desk and was given another room. This time on the first floor room 110. The room was basically the same disaster as the first room. Except the ac was not leaking water. Overall I made a horrible mistake picking this hotel, trying to save a few bucks. This hotel management is all about making money and putting in as little as possible into the hotel.
