Gabriella at the front desk is very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean with an updated bathroom. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was friendly. There is a cruise shuttle that is $12/person that is convenient. The price was good and we will be returning when we go on another cruise.

Really good value for the money. Good location and my favorite was the water pressure. REALLY good!!! Comfy mattress. Only complaint which I knew going in was no elevator and of course we had second floor room so taking luggage up and down was annoying.

We were only at the hotel for about 5 hours because of a missed flight but we would stay again! The shuttle was prompt, the clerk showed us to our room, the sports bar was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel and a missed flight because of customs delays. The pool was lovely, the room was clean and spacious. There were lots of towels and toiletries so we didn't even need to dig things out of our bags. A little thing that we loved was bedside tables on both sides of the bed! I have paid 3 times as much for crappy rooms. Highly recommended!

When I arrived was told the elevator was broken and asked if I was okay with a 2nd floor room. They were accommodating and put me in a first floor room. The room was small a looked worn in need of updates. The sheets were clean but one of the towels in the bathroom although appeared clean has a hair stuck in it. Also the water was not very hot when I showered. But staff were very courteous.
