This place was disgusting. Mold in the fridge, stains on sheets, dust and cobwebs everywhere, it didn’t even appear the floors were vacuumed. My dorm was cleaner than this thing.

The room was NOT clean upon arrival and even after a supervisor have he housekeeper re-clean the room it was still not properly cleaned. The hotel is extremely outdated the pictures posted are outdated. I don't recommend.

Thought it would be convenient for an airport stay when we had a flight the next morning. Took more than an hour for the shuttle to pick us up to take us to the hotel. Considering the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour, it was nearly 25 past by the time it got to the aiport so there were lots of people waiting and he would not let us on as it was full. We had to wait another 30min, then they sent 2, but too little too late. We watched countless hotel shuttles pick up passengers with no issue only Pullman seemed to have got it wrong. Check in was not particularly friendly, we should get 2 free drinks, i had to go back and ask for these. The hotel room is fine but set to freezer levels. We turned the ac off and it took a few hours to warm up, there are no extra blankets in the room. Charging ports are on the bedside lamp and impossible to plug an adapter into, considering this is supposedly an aiport hotel a strange thing to get wrong along with the most inefficient shuttle in miami. Breakfast was ok staff friendly but food and coffee not great. For the price i would 100%book literally any other hotel in miami. In the time we had to wait for a transfer we could have got an uber anywhere and paid a lot less as it wasnt an "aiport hotel'. Also lost an amazon package i had sent to them although apparently they charge $5-50 to accept packages (absolutely ridiculous never had this b4) so maybe they couldnt find it. They did not reply to direct complaint sent to them

The place was good but a bit dated, the pool area had lots of cats 🐈 like at least 7 of them all black to some they are bad omens and would be best if they removed them for everyones comfort not everybody likes cats

This hotel was very helpful in planning our cruise stay in Miami. They offered free shuttle to the airport. Very clean and the check in staff was very nice! They even held our luggage until we could check in. That allowed us to shop around Miami for a few hours. Would definitely recommend!
