To expensive for not so upscale hotel. The parking is a joke. Having to pay $30 dollars a day to park with your own car, and can’t even find parking. Parking was ridiculous. Headache yet they charge $30 dollars a day really bs if you ask me. Would not stay here again.

Not a great stay in Miami!
The room that I was supposed to say was called the premiere. It was horrible. It was me and my daughter is getting from Arizona to University of Miami. There was one light in the room that you have to step on to turn on other than that no other lights there was no exhaust one in the bathroom, and in the shower, the knob was broke off. The carpet were discussing the bags you can feel the springs in the mattress. Our phone did not work in our room. I asked for service they will not bring towels to us the next day when I asked there was no parking in the facility due to a wedding reception we drove around for about 30 minutes trying to find a space to park which we had to pay $30 a night Additional to what we paid for the room we had to park probably a mile away, which was ridiculous in the evening time walking in another state that we are not familiar with. Cannot understand anybody at the front desk was not happy with my face at all.

Property is close to mostly everything we needed, like no more than 20 minutes travel time. The view from the pool is nice. Shower pressure & toilet flushing system is horrible. This alone, would cause me not to book again.

It's my second time staying at the Pullman and I have no complaints. Check-in and Check-out is seamless. I received my VIP perk for both stays and they were excellent. Shuttle service was always on time and when the vans were full with guest already, another van was provided right away. Expedia says the shuttle service ends at 11:30pm but the last pick up is at mid-night so I would adice contacting the hotel personally.
