Fast check in, clean room, airport shuttle was on time. The only thing was the room felt like a freezer. Adjusting the temperature didnt seem to do anything and there were no plugs by the bed to plug a phone into. Had to plug them in elsewhere.

The staff was Extremely helpful especially Lariza and Jan. The room was spacious and modern. The cleaners needed to do a slightly better job dusting but it was comfortable. It Was in walking distance to delicious restaurants. Thanks to hotel staff for recommending a nearby, outstanding brunch spot. Good easy shopping plus grocery store. And the airport shuttle was super convenient. Bravo!!

Airport shuttle never arrived, called the hotel and was in hold for 33 min. We had to Uber to the hotel and spent $30. Asked to speak with the manager, he was no where around.
