Great location and very nice people at the front desk. Unfortunately, the hotel is going through renovations with lots of noise and construction workers. I would not have stayed there if I’d known all the construction was going on.

Bad service, outdated and out of touch.
Hotel is dated and under remodel. Manager on site was missing and could not resolve an issue with my booking. I booked two rooms in one reservation and they could not find the second room. When I asked for a late checkout at 5am they said I would have to call after 7am to do so. I said that I was early for the 7am. No need to go to sleep for 2 hours to then wake up to ask if I can check out after 11am. So frustrated I went back to my room packed and just went home. I paid $200 to be able to take a shower at this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Private Oasis at Arya in Coconut Grove, Miami, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The apartment itself was modern and beautifully renovated, with a spacious layout and plenty of natural light. The balcony offered stunning views of the water and city, making it the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after a long day. The amenities, including a well-maintained pool, hot tub, and sauna, were a fantastic addition to the stay. The fitness room was well-equipped, and I enjoyed using it during my stay. The location is a major highlight – just a short walk from Cocowalk Shopping Center, which has a variety of dining and shopping options. We loved how walkable and proximity to restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable bed. Really the only complaint would be slow elevator and ice on only one floor. Staff was great, and friendly.
