The airport shuttle was convenient and was the main reason I selected this property-in addition to proximity to the airport (came to Miami to leave the next day for a cruise). This is an older property with elevators that were slow and ice machines that didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable. The restaurant on the top floor was nice though. The food was good. Service was a little slow however. The hotel is fine for a one night stay only.

There were holes in our sheet. The bathroom is set up weird and too small. I tried to find where the stinky air-freshener was in the room but couldn’t find it. It was over baring and smelled bad. Bed was too soft. You sunk way down and stayed there. We will never stay here again. Over priced for a dump. Staff for the shuttle were polite and helpful. They were the only thing good about this hotel.

Holiday Inn Miami International Airport is an amazing place to stay and the staff was awesome. Made a last minute reservation due to flight plans changing and all accommodations were great.

One of the Worst Hotel in my Travel History I have ever experienced. Customer service was super rude. Hotel inside scary old even the picture looks good. Questionable bed. Kids had skin rash after staying there few hours. And mosquitos on the lobby. Reason for stay after cruise to hang in there for our flight at the evening. I don’t usually give bad reviews but they didn’t leave me a choice.

I've been coming here regularly for 5 years. It keeps getting better and better. The staff is very real and very amazing. This is the REAL Miami. Nothing compares at this price. That 9th floor restaurant view is exceptional. Wanna an authentic Miami experience at a great price, this is the place. Wanna be pampered and pay the costs, go to South Beach.

The shuttle was very good, and the driver was excellent. Our room was good as well. Our issue was with the room next to ours, there was a DOG barking and wining throughout the day and the staff would not (or could not) do anything about it. There was no attempt, by the staff, to try and compensate us in any way. The area is not the best, but they cannot control that.
