Hotel was clean...staff was friendly...Breakfast was good..except eggs and sausage was cold...pool was ok..nothing great.. Airport transportation was free...which was great...but only operates 6 am until 10 pm...so be aware of that limitation if traveling via plane

Okay stay but the little refrigerator barely worked which was important for my work. Lots of USB connections but about 1/2 didn’t charge. Saw one small bug on a lamp. Had to go find the breakfast people to refill the coffee thermos in the morning. Nothing drastically wrong but typical Miami standards.

Front desk agent Angel was super nice and very helpful. The shuttle driver was also so sweet, just sad I didn’t catch his name. Breakfast staff aren’t so friendly, they don’t say good morning or anything. Housekeeping was nice. Pros: Beds were comfortable, ac works great. Located in a good area close to a lot of things. Pool was ok. Kids enjoyed it so that’s all that matters. There is plenty of parking and it was only $5 a day. Cons: Again breakfast staff aren’t friendly. They don’t give a courtesy of breakfast ending time. And will literally close the kitchen area while people are still in there.

The breakfast is the same everyday. There was no variety. The coffee in the lobby is not kept hot after breakfast hours. Most of the staff did not speak English, so communication was a bit difficult. Because of the language barrier, some of the staff came off as rude and dismissive.

The only reason why I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle which was promoted on the listing. Upon arrival I was advised that shuttle was operating every hour of the day. When we needed to use that shuttle the following day, the front desk person informed us that the shuttle hasn’t been operating for months due to the truck having issues
