The room was clean and looked new. Great view from the balcony. The hotel is attached to the Brickell City Centre, which has several restaurants and many shopping options.

The bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool was great. I wish they had room in the refrigerator for you to leave your bottle water in there. Each time you have to purchase water for $6 dollars as there is a $25 dollar fine if you try to keep your bottle water cold, alittle crazy. The hallways smelled mildew like, like the carpet needed to be cleaned. Also, unfortunately I seen a dead roach in the room. So I’m completely turned off regarding staying there again.

A very nice hotel. Beautiful design and great location. The room had an excellent view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes to get a bucket of ice from room service. There are no ice machine available. Also, on one particular day, I asked the housekeeper to clean my room while I was out, yet when I returned four hours later, the room had still not been cleaned. Otherwise a very nice stay. This is perhaps my fourth visit to the property.

The room was very very small. The staff was not very friendly and told us 3 times they would bring a microwave to the room. After calling again someone advised us they did not even have microwaves to bring in the first place. Upon arrival no one helped me with my bags which I am not accustomed to at all at establishment of this caliber. Overall I would never stay there again, I would also not recommend it to anyone. The room is extremely overpriced and not worth it at all in my opinion.
