I’ve not only traveled for pleasure but for business also. This was one of the BEST hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. The concierge service was prompt. The housekeepers came and did an EXCELLENT job DAILY. And the front desk was very polite and ALWAYS helpful. And the location is beautiful.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean organized & provided many amenities. The overall hotel is perfect if you are looking for walking distance experience because it was so many options with the hotel being attached to a mall, rooftop restaurant plus & other locations. The staff was very helpful, informative & smiles on all their faces. Definitely recommend!

I was disappointed with my suite. It was really dirty and the house keeping was very random they came at 5:30 to 6:00pm when trying to shower and get ready for dinner but the day of check out they came at 8am when trying to pack your things. House keeping services was really bad and biz are.

Very modern hotel in the heart of Brickell. It's close to the airport and seaport, high end shopping options around, restaurants and rooftop bars. The pool scene is nice and balcony views are a treat.
