Overall your Hotel was a pleasant experience. It was very clean and the staff were all nice. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. I accidentally left my deodorant at home and sought to purchase one at the hotel but there was none available. I was told that there was usually some at the desk however they were said to be all gone. I believe a small basic needs shop in the lobby are would be a nice addition to your already beautiful resort. Regards, ~Devon

I like when they check us in early since I am a Hilton Member. We had a red eye flight so it helps us to rest first before we head out to explore. Staff is super nice, bedroom was big and clean. I like the mall is just right there at the hotel, awesome touch.

Nice hotel .8 mile from Walmart
The hotel is nice but the room is so hot! August in Miami requires AC. The bed slopes towards the middle so I was constantly having to move back to the edge. (Probably because I was awake from being so hot).
