The Staff at the Hotel were outstanding with accommodations with extending our check out time to a later time due to major time changes with our boarding time of our upcoming Cruise. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

El hotel esta viejo y descuidado. Poco personal, una sola persona atiende en la recepcion. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitacion. A la noche, las personas de la habitacion de al lado, decidieron poner musica a alto volumen y gritaban. Llamamos a la recepcion a las 12 de la noche para quejarnos y nos dijeron que iban a enviar a personal de seguridad, el cual nunca vino. Tuvimos que bajar a la 1 de la mañana para repetir el reclamo. El desayuno muy pobre. Pesima experiencia

I made my reservations days ago and I am quite upset. I get to the hotel to check in and there is no rooms available. supposedly they are cleaning and preparing them, but here we are at 11:38 at night in miami inconvenienced and had to pay for self parking, something that should have been free due to the inconvenience. We have been on the road for 14 hours and the first thing we wanted to do was rest, but was informed we didnt have a room even though we paid in advance.
