Airport shuttle took hour to pick us up. We had a 11 am reservation for the shuttle to cruise port...it was late too. Elevator in hotel was broke for 2 days. Had to walk with luggage down 7 flights of stairs. Very disappointing!

The hotel itself was fine. It was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Shuttles were unacceptable. There was no order to the schedule. BW shuttles would pass by the people who were waiting them. I waited for over an hour. I ended up calling the hotel 3 different times before I actually was able to get the shuttle. Very frustrating!!
