Property was nice, room was comfortable, breakfast was okay, and we felt safe on-site. Nearby dining options were limited but I would strongly suggest trying the Craft American Eatery in the Candlewood Suites Hotel (good food and great service) about a 3 min. drive away. Hotel was convenient to the airport and shuttle got us tger in about 10 min.

The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood in stark contrast to the facility's outdated condition. Rooms were musty, and the bathroom fixtures were in clear need of repair. The limited breakfast offerings were also underwhelming.

Booked a nights stay on my way to a cruise and it was very convenient. Close to the airport with a shuttle to hotel. The staff was even gracious enough to book my transportation to the cruise terminal via a 3rd party. Clean and nice staff.

Donna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. The airport shuttle was nice to have after the very good breakfast that's included in your stay as well.

I liked the hotel and the staff was great. There was a lack of any kind of outdoor seating, so we could sit and enjoy Florida's beautiful weather, being we are from New York. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again, if an opportunity arose.

The management charged my credit card for goods from the kiosk that I never ordered. When I confronted them about the charges on my credit card, she said her manager will have look at the CCTV to find out who bought things from kiosk. I also sent the manager an email that I still haven’t received my refund. No response from them . Still waiting for my refund. Please always check your credit card statement to make sure you are not charged for things you did not order. I am going to take this further.
