Terrific staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, and plenty of storage. My only suggestion, it would have been nice if the restroom building by the pool would have been available. We will definitely stay there again.

The location and grounds were fantastic and meticulously maintained. The staff friendly and helpful. Though we enjoyed our stay, the cost of the room plus additional resort and parking fees probably makes this a one time visit. Some amenities listed under the resort fee unavailable, but considering what LaHaina has been through, understandable.

This property looked great online, and in reality is really was. It impresses upon driving up the entrance. They keep the doors wide open which gives the large lobby an airy and relaxed atmosphere. Nice lobby. Check-in was pleasant. Our rooms was nice. We walked from the hotel to the road in front of the property which runs along the beach and enjoyed sunset at the beach minutes of walking from the property. We had a drink at the bar by the pool during the evening. It was a pleasant, enjoyable way and place to end our day. Though the staff from the bar were fun and pleasant, it seems they don't have actual bartending training. The guy who waited us didn't know how to make a couple of common drinks we asked for, and neither did the other guy at the bar that he consulted. So we played safe by ordering from the drink list. The drinks weren't mixed correct, though they certainly seemed strong enough. However, that did not dampen our overall happy experience at this hotel and the drinks even gave us something to laugh about.

1st night fridge leeked all over the floor they had to get us a new one. roaches on a daily basis Wife was very upset I believe I should get some of my $$$ back

The only thing I didn’t like was the unexpected fees while checking in & checking out. They should of told us first, I was a little upset because I didn’t have it planned to spend that extra money at the resort

Nice property view of the ocean, walkable dining options, and shopping. Notice a difference in treatment regarding your race. They should treat everyone the same since we are all paying an amount to stay in their resort that’s the only negative experience I had during my arrival after a very long flight and with a child I would have expected a little more empathy and respectful treatment.

The building we were in had no elevators. Older side of resort. The shower area was very tight.

Centrally located comfort
We had a lovely, updated, oceanfront room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and Maui Brewing Co was located right on site. Centrally located between Black Rock and Whalers Village, which made it easy to snorkel with turtles and then walk to a nice meal.

Hotel is older and has beautiful Hawaiian culture. Staff are always friendly and keep site so clean. Room was update and beautiful. Mahalo. This is my 2nd time staying, there will be more 🌴🌺🙏👍

When first arrived, I noticed the staff very friendly, the placed stunning, very clean. The pool clean but no jacuzzi. The room is gorgeous and clean with stunning view. Walking distance to the beach.
