The hotel is lovely and minimalistic. I loved the quiet ambiance amid the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The amenities could have been at a higher level such as the coffee and creamer ( do not like powdered creamer) and water stations could be on more floors. The service by the staff was excellent and they were all very friendly & helpful in responding to our requests.

“Staying at Halepuna was an absolute delight. The hotel has such a unique charm, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. This was an excellent hotel. The only downside is the small beach area. However we drove to Lanakai or Kailua Beaches or we walked down to the Fort DeRussy Beach. This Hotel doesn't have the overcrowded feel of the larger hotels.

Excellent staff (front desk, bell boys, and mostly the room cleaners) and great hotel. The bakery downstairs is a MUST. I will definitely stay here again if i am back in Waikiki.

The views from floor 20 worth the upgrade. The Halepuna is a wonderful boutique hotel and the use of the facilities from the sister hotel across the street is fabulous . We have a new favorite Honolulu hotel due to the thoughtfulness and design of this hotel .

This hotel is amazing! Service was beyond impeccable, washroom was so clean and modern. Loved how they had wine tastings and shaved ice by the pool! The no resort fee was an amazing added bonus! Would definitely return!

Our stay at the halepuna was an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean from the lobby and our room! They offered great amenities such as renting out beach towels and bags. Every night we were there they also offered special items such as a wine nite and a shaved iced that was free for hotel guest. The hotel was also walking distance to the beach, stores, and eating spots. Me and my wife will be booking a stay here again next time we visit!
