We were initally given a twin bed however the reception quickly rectified the situation and gave us a double bed with upgrades. Great service and will definitely come back."

"First time we’ve stayed in an Apartment hotel and whilst the room isn’t that much bigger than a decent sized hotel room, having a little kitchen area was helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony which would have been nice in a warmer season/time of year. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is situated very conveniently for a tram stop which gives you access to the city and is very easy to use. I recommend downloading the BVG app on your phone and either buying a day pass or multi day. We bought day passes at 9:90 Euros which was great value as individual trips are 4 Euros and we used the tram at least 4 times a day. "
