"Enjoyed the size of room for our 6 night stay. Really spacious, able to spread out. Only down side was a lack of storage - my wife had the closet while I spread my clothes over the work desk. Daily room refresh was appreciated"

"We came to Germany from NYC because our friend ran the Berlin Marathon!! The house was extremely clean, spacious and exactly how pictured. The rooms are very big. Mario made sure we had everything we needed and was an excellent host. "

"Mario wasn’t available, left a friend in charge who spoke very little English. The listing said English was spoken. The smart TV wasn’t very smart. The wifi was so weak that Netflix couldn’t load on the smart tv. The wifi listing didn’t always show up on my phone. Made it very difficult to plan outings when you had to stand in the kitchen area to get a strong enough signal to search anything. There was no washer as per the listing said. The bed was propped up in the middle(underneath) with 2 x 4’s. "

"This place is incredibly charming. The morning breakfast is very German, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I felt like as though i walked into a building that wouldve been modern 500 years ago, and I loved it. The stairs are steep, and not ADA accessible in any way, but I appreciated that aswell. Overall a lovely stay. Transportation: If youre renting a car, theynhave free parking. There are bus stops nearby (5 minute walk) and a bike rental that I didnt get to check out. My primary reason for this stay was for the German experience, the staff do happen to speak some english, but its definitely easier to communicate in German, so study up if youre an Ausländer!"

"Nice hotel for the price. I have no complaints. If you're planning on visiting the centre of Berlin, check the public transport situation first. Due to constructions it was taking me 45 min. "
