We loved the room. Although the carpets were badly stained, they didn’t seem unclean. The shower overflowed a bit but was contained with a towel. There were no hand towels. Breakfast was amazing. The check in and check out staff were very kind and helpful.

Hotel Berlin, Berlin is a large hotel very clean and friendly staff, there is adequate parking if your driving but if not there is always taxis outside and uber rides are very reasonable, the location of the hotel is not bad either, shops and restaurants are a walk away and a short drive to mall of Berlin and sight seeing places of interest. My only slight issue was the limited menu choice of the hotel's restaurant but other than that I would highly recommend and will be going back to stay again.
