The Intercity Hotel has been nice and clean, with very friendly staff and great amenities. It was in a walking distance to the Main Station with transport links to all parts of Berlin at hand. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite being close the Station. The breakfast was offering good selections and my ask for gluten-free bread was quickly sorted! Highly recommended Hotel indeed!

Matratzen sind viel zu weich. Ich habe das Gefühl bei einer Buchung über ein Portal bekommt man weniger gute Zimmer. Bei den Frühstücks Preisen sollte es keine aufgebackenen Brötchen geben. Rührei ectr. war lauwarm. Wir waren schon sehr oft in diesem Intercity Hotel aber es hat sehr nachgelassen. Der Herr an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft war auch nicht gerade freundlich.

Property is very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff are helpful. The room was a good temperature. We would have preferred a sturdier mattress and a large enough duvet, instead we were provided with two separate single duvets. We liked the scent of the hygiene toiletries. We liked the number of electrical socket in the room and bathroom. We would have preferred USB sockets in the room.
