"The double room is an excellent option for families. We came before Christmas with three kids and felt that the rooms were spacious ( for NYC) and tidy for the age of the hotel. The bathroom was tiny and old, which worked fine for us as we’re accustomed to living in old houses, but that aspect could turn some folks off. The staff is fantastic and the location superb. The ladies who cleaned rooms were super sweet and asked us in person if we wanted service each morning. We utilized the fold out couch and added a baby crib during our stay. The lobby is stunning and the doormen were very helpful as well. We would absolutely stay here again!"
