The room was quintessential New York City. With literal indoor access to Grand Central, traveling back to JFK was a breeze. The LIRR with the Air Train was affordable and only 45 minutes door to door Walking to the cutie Bryant Park Winter village and all the rest was amazing! Loved the affordable bundle price Expedia offered. Thank You!!!

The rooms were dirty, sinks leaking so we changed rooms and the second room had a leaky toilet. Room smelled like mildew. The staff didn’t seem to care when concerns were mentioned. I would not return

The staff was great, and the room was alright. The first room I was assigned to smelled like a sewer, and the second room was okay. Wall plugs definitely need to be updated. Other than that, it was great.

Check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked my family in I was very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name, because he certainly deserved the praise! This hotel was a great spot to be where main attractions were not far off at all!
