We had a great experience at the Cabo Vista for our first two nights in Baja. The hotel is located in town and only ten minutes stroll from downtown, although there are lots of places to eat closer than town. We felt very safe here and walking home, even late at night.
The staff couldn’t have been more professional, the rooms have absolutely everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and the room was clean, unfortunately the floor could’ve been better, we got dirty feet walking on it.
There is a lot of parking at the rear, on street, and if available a locked personal space with a roller remote control. The road outside can get very busy and the spaces with the roller doors are tight, so you might not want to use one as I had to reverse in and stop the traffic.
San Lucero Restaurant is located in the hotel, I have honestly never had a better breakfast, this place is amazing! The chef Alex and the rest of the staff were so attentive and professional, the food and choice is mouthwatering, and the restaurant itself is beautifully designed. Alex wanted to cook dinner for us but we didn’t have the time unfortunately. The in house bakery cookies are to die for! They make all their own breads and pastries.
