The parking is $22 per night. Daily resort charges are $22 and it includes 'internet and local newspaper'!! We did not get any newspaper and ALSO THE ROOM DID NOT EVEN GET CLEANED! The bed was not made! service is not good. The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. But add $45 (if you have a car, if not $22) to nightly prices

For being an old hotel, it was amazing to go in and see that the casino was separate and the reception area and registration was smoke free. The Rooms were large, beautiful view, and well kept even though they were old and could use a little updating! Oh, and all I would have no problem staying there again really enjoyed my visit!

Think again before staying here
We checked in which was one of the only things that went well. The lights didn't work in the room nor did the phone. The stopper in the sink didn't operate. So it was in the closed position the whole time so we had to use the tub for any water. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were the cheapest thing we have seen in a long time! We were told that they were several restaurants at the casino. NOT! While our service in the restaurant was good, the food was just passable. If fact, the wings we ordered were ice cold. We were also told that there were refrigerators and microwaves in the room. Again NOT!. Don't get me started on the gambling We actually left and went to play at Harrah's because the machines in your establishment were total rip-offs! How can you comply with the ADA federal policy when you don't have push button door access. Apparently you bought this hotel cheap and haven't done many renovations. For what we paid for a room you should be very ashamed. Cannot recommend.

For a king suite, the bathroom was extremely dirty, one of the lights was not working, and warm water in shower ran out on sunday morning and had to shower with cold water

After 9:00 I could not reach the front desk, I could not reach housekeeping, I could not reach room service I had to hit the emergency button which connected me with security to let them know that we had an issue in the room upon checking in toilet was clogged would not flush. Later that evening when I needed extra blankets and pillows could not contact anybody again I had to call security and they made the phone call for us. . I stayed at the Golden Nugget in Sparks completely different atmosphere and service. I know you've made the transition from another hotel but this was ridiculous

It's a pretty old property—great location to restaurants, shopping and the lake. The rooms are pretty dated however very convenient location and also have Tesla chargers in the parking lot.
