Traveled in the month of November, not too busy, great facilities. Loved the hotel grounds, well maintained. Pool was small but perfect for little ones. Our partial ocean view was excellent, beautiful views. We stayed in the renovated rooms which were in excellent condition. Daily Parking fee $25. We will return.

We loved the location for an adult getaway. We had planned to get some time in the ocean, but the conditions weren’t good for that activity. There were plenty of dining options in walking distance and the area was safe.

The property was nice, but has limited dinning options and the Wifi was in consistent. Everyone was very friendly except the night front desk person. The maid service went above and beyond. Shout out to Lee!!! The private beach was awesome, but there was caution signs up all over the property about going in the water. The Bellman team was quick and efficient, but could not offer any cost effective options to the airport. Maybe look into a shuttle? Had a great time at the property.

We loved the authentic Hawaiian departure ceremony so much. Our room was beautiful, the shower was hot and refreshing, being steps from the beach and also about one block from a huge shopping center with restaurants meant we never got bored. One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, all over the world!

In our room there was only a mini fridge and we were told that there was a stove bought groceries requested another refrigerator just to hold over till we could move items we're told yes at first and then called back and told no you can only receive two k-pods per person per day in the handicap seat came off the wall during a shower very disappointing

I would of like to have breakfast a la cart at the restaurant but they only had buffet for $30. Also the umbrellas and chairs were for charge at the beach and it was too expensive.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is quiet and we didn't hear alot of birds and we slept well because of that. Daily parking was reasonable. The only suggestion is due to inflation everywhere it would be appreciated if an incentive of free rental, like beach chairs or etc. would be offered. Little things like that would help and customers would return.

Loved the location, the staff, the cultural activities. Disappointed in food options (Maui Brewing was good as a bar food place, disappointing and loud with a non-beach vibe as a high-end dining experience...bring back HuiHui!). Also disappointed in the maintenance along the beach path. Weeds and shrubs way overgrown, impeding walking.

The resort is gorgeous, and close to absolutely everything! We shopped, swam in the ocean, explored other resorts within walking distance on the beach; I would definitely recommend staying here.
