"The hotel is excellent and all the staff members including the reception and breakfast team, as well as the room services team, are very kind and hospitable. We were able to check in early and they arranged for us to check out late without any additional charge. The chef also prepared a complimentary breakfast for my family and one of the staff members, Khamaria, also gave us a special bakery dessert on our last day. The manager, Ezreen, was very lovely and welcoming from the very first day of when we arrived at the hotel. We will definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre to all of our family and friends and we will always come back to this hotel. The hotel is also located near all the main tourist attractions which makes it perfect. "
