The hotel is recently refurbished which was nice but the toilet was scratched and looked dirty, so was the fridge in room. The walls feel paper thin so we could hear kids running around upstairs, cars on the main road, music from all night entertainment

We booked this hotel and it listed a restaurant and pool side bar which were closed during our stay and we were not notified about and were not given a discount for either. The hotel also lists laundry but it’s not even on site it’s at another hotel. We also were told we would get a crib for our baby and were given a pack n play with no mattress and just some sheets for him to sleep on. We also had an issue getting a hold of security multiple times.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower had dirty tiles. The shower glass door was stained. The bathroom door handle fell off and the first morning there was no water. They offer to bring us a bottle of water. Definitely need a refund.

They charge a $50 per day resort fee, however, this is NOT a resort by any stretch of the imagination. No restaurant, no bar (that was open at any time), no room service. I asked what amenities they had that made it a resort. The answer was amazing. 2 free bottles of water and 2 free coffees. That's not a resort!

If you advertise a certain price and then you go and check in and have to pay a resort fee that should be part of the price for the room. Misleading. I never would have booked your place knowing that. I understand a deposit but resort fee that you have to pay for ? Shouldn’t that just be in your price . Would not stay here again nor recommend. Place was clean . But for the actually price not worth it. Room was fine . Location - eh. Not in town, you have to drive to go anywhere.
