The property charges an extra resort fee when you get there but they don’t even clean the rooms while you stay there. We had to call and ask for them to clean and all they did was make the bed and take the garbage. They didn’t clean the bathroom. One of the elevators also stopped working during our stay. The property itself is really nice and clean though and they were very kind.

Our room and the property were beautiful! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to downtown Key West was great as parking is sometimes hard to find. We are definitely coming back for another visit!

Everything was okay except for the fact that our key cards didn't work properly. There was no blow dryer, or iron. We were only given 3 towels for 4 people. Even after i asked for extra towels the first day, housekeeping kept taking them and leaving 3, and only way to get extra towels is by request, which housekeeping never brought. And, we kept getting kicked out of the amenities at 10pm.

Tried checking in at 3, room wasn’t ready. Went back at 4:30, line was to the other side of the building. $50 resort fee. One elevator broke, waiting over five minutes for working elevator and eventually took the stairs to and from fifth floor. Very good staff.

This was one of the most unprofessional and unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was clearly next in line when a staff member ignored us, took the ID of a Spanish guest who walked in from behind, and skipped us completely. When we reached the counter, the employee told us to step aside and started helping the people behind us instead. There was absolutely no explanation, no apology, and the treatment felt discriminatory and disrespectful. This is not how any guest should be treated. Management needs to take this seriously and address the behavior of their staff immediately. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way we were treated.
