The rooms are well kept, clean, comfortable and modern. The premises is also clean, quiet, excellent food in the restaurant with friendly staff all around. The only downsides were, the app for the hotel provided by cheaptickets is wrong. The QR code for the real app is in the room, which I was not I information of. The TV is not updated to the smart versions, to allow streaming from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney. There is a ice machine room per section and floor, their is also a shop next to the reception for basic convenience needs but no place to heat up anything. I learned the one lonely microwave is near the reception. Otherwise, this hotel is always my go-to when visiting Jacksonville.

The airport shuttle was not easy to locate as it was on the floor above baggage reclaim and I had to telephone the hotel to get the shuttle The reception staff were unfriendly upon our arrival. Ashley who served us breakfast was extremely helpful and efficient
