We loved this resort! It was relaxing, but also has tons of activities to keep everyone entertained. Three pools, two hot tubs, tennis, pickle, golf, beach, paddle boards, kids activities. Staff was gracious and helpful. We loved being able to have lunch and drinks served at the pools. And, if you are a swimmer, they have an adult only lap pool. Jessica, the concierge, was especially helpful to us after we made a reservation the night before, as we had to quickly move out of our terrible VRBO in Marathon. She explained our room choices and even enabled an early check in. Thanks Jessica! We will be back!

It was alright. The property is dated, and has a lot of maintenance issues.... ice machines were not working 1/2 the stay, the elevators kept dying. The service ranges from fantastic at the front desk, to rude at the valet and gates. We tried to get drinks at one of the restaurants one night and got some BS line from the hostess... just overall is over hyped and not worth the money. Still had a decent time as it is a beautiful place. Probably would not go back.

Beautiful grounds, immaculate rooms, divine sushi and meals! The pier is nonstop entertainment for kids, especially if they fish. There are activities for everyone in your family. Highly recommend this resort!

Hotel is nice & staff was friendly. I found a roach in my bathroom. I also ate at one of the restaurants. Granted I went there late, the food was so cold. My child spilled the soup, as soon as it came. I didn't ask for them to remove it from the bill, but they saw it spill, they cleaned it up. The nice thing to do would have been for them to remove it, they didn't. Was it overall nice, sure. Would I go back, not really.

Beds were not comfortable at all. The rooms were very small for the price we paid. There was very little space to store luggage. There weddings almost every day that we were there and it became quite noisy and had a dj as well one of the days which was right in the lagoon area where our rooms were located. We were there to celebrate our 40th and asked for complimentary upgrades if possible none was discussed at the point of check in.
