The entire hotel was great except for the Hard Rock bar. We spent a lot of money there from Thursday til Sunday. Management was not very accommodating with putting on american football on opening weekend. Ruined the rest of our stay there.

Our experience was not that great we had problems with the safe in our room cleaning of the room was not do to the best no ice machine on the floors very inconvenient to call for ice ever time we wanted ice pool was twice not allowed to us because the where cleaning and doing stuff vet bad service at pool side also elevators took for every to get to lobby from floors
