Tenia reserva con anticipacion, y resuelta que la señora que estaba en recepcion era un poco xenofobica y no me queria dar la habitacion, poniendo mil excusas, tiene que ser despedida esa señora no tiene que trabajar con publico no lo sabe hacer bien. Y la comida de muy mala calidad deberian mejorar muchísimas cosas en ese hotel. Creo que las personas morenas no se la llevan bien con los latino y tienen un muy mal trato.

The breakefast was the same all days, and you have to serve in a plastic plate, with a plastic forks, 6 days and all days the same reduce breakfast, the cleaning service: “every other day” in 6 days only 2 days went to clean our room. The smell of the hall was awful, the personal was not kind, they are not customer centric. I like IHG hotels they have high standards, but this one… OMG terrible!

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff is amazing and went above & beyond. I went there earlier than expected for check in & the staff was so nice & accommodating, she got me a room as quickly as possible. Customer service is definitely important to me. I most definitely enjoyed my stay.
