We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived and requested for a airport shuttle, the shuttle came in a reasonable time. Dining options are walking distance and some open really late(Chipotle). Breakfast while selections not much it fulfilled the necessary requirements to fill the stomach. The location is excellent if you came there for the cruise port.

Checking in with super slow after a long flight, got put in a room that had an awful odor, but luckily they were able to change our room then the AC wouldn’t go down below 66 and slept hot all night. The beds were super uncomfortable.

When I called lady month, I was told the shuttle was 24 hr and this is the reason i chose this hotel. It was not. I had to get an UBER. The front desk was nice about it and I know it wasn't their fault.

We only stay for one night before our cruise, but it was great. Very close to different types of shopping and food options including fast food. The front desk staff was very friendly and we were able to check in earlier because our room was really. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was also convenient.

Property was great. Negatives: When we checked in we were sent to a room that has not been cleaned. Then when we went to go get changed to another room we were told by the front desk staff that we were being reassigned to another room that "was the same" as what we had reserved. Went to that room and it was a double queen instead of a king bed. Had to call the front desk again to get moved and they said they would call us back to find us a different room. When they called, the manager apologized and then said we were being assigned the double queen room. I then asked for a room with a king sized bed and we were moved for the second time. All this took about 1.5 hours and we arrived a full hour after check in time. I asked about any discount for the inconvenience and was told by the manager that "there nothing I can do since you booked through Orbitz". Not a satisfying answer or experience.
