Check in took awhile because she couldn’t find my reservation. I don’t think they train the staff as well as they should. Other than that the staff was friendly, the accommodations were excellent, the breakfast was very good. They have a free shuttle to and from the hospital were my wife was at.

I saw a couple of negative reviews for this hotel so went in with low expectations, but the room was very clean (and huge!), the free breakfast was decent... check in took a while because there was only one person on the desk but I wasn't in a rush. It's a very good option for the night before your cruise out of Ft Lauderdale.
