Old and outdated. Needs to be cleaned up as well. Not a fair representation of Hampton Inns I am accustomed to staying. Second time in past 12 years I have stayed here waiting for cruise, but not again. Neighborhood is not safe or clean and definitely not a place for families.

No room ready for us.
We had a reservation for a one night. I was told our room would be ready by 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told our room wasn’t ready and was told to sit in the lobby and wait. We waited over 1 hour and had to ask again if our room was ready. Finally it became ready. What a disappointment and not a good way to start our vacation. Doubt we will ever stay with your group again.

Zero complaints. Great. Shuttle from cruise to airport. and vv. Restaurants - 5 minute walk. Nice Breakfast. Comfy & quiet room. Very accommodating to early arrivals. Very friendly staff. We did not use parking option but is $5/day for cruisers. Do it!! Oh, yes GREAT price!!

Great option for a pre-cruise stay. Staff was friendly, arrived early and got a room with no problem. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to Hard Rock casino and then grabbed a bite to eat at Slackers very short walk to McDonald's and other stores. Free breakfast and airport shuttle. Will def stay here again.
