Hidden fees $40 a Day resort fee,$45 a Day to park put us in the far from everything , no coffee , $9 for a bottle of water. Told me to put my bags in car opened gate and it came down on my head had to call ambulance had to cut trip short. Have gash in head and concussion no staff came to help.

Large spacious rooms and loved the gorgeous pool and bar area. Staff was super nice. At night the noise from outside,dogs barking and people coming home was loud.

This is scam hotel, dont bring your family here check in is at 4pm but the service in the beach offered is until 5pm , yes the parking lot if you have a Suv not compact carvis $88 plus taxes per night.

Absolutely worst experience at any hotel in the World I been to… total ripoff Lots of hidden fees that when you booking wont tell you. On top of your booking they will charge you extra “resort fee $35 fees an taxes /day .. plus parking is $45 fees and taxes/day The hotel charged me extra person fee where there was no extra person staying with us.($135) I had to fight with management for days and days to refund me the extra person fee.( they will lie until you get tired) They add gratuity automatically even on a bottle of water or lemonade. I ended up paying double what I booked on Expedia RUN RUN from this place total SCAMMERS

Overall great experience: A few improvements need for example on Saturday someone booked the whole roof top out, so for people like me I don’t get to enjoy the pool same thing with Sunday. Eco friendly room service is great but if that’s the case more trash bags/ napkins/ toilet paper should be available in the room. More information about the pool/ sauna area needs to placed on pamphlets not roof top open from 11am to 11pm which is not true. The gym was amazing/ the walk on the beach was the best part of my trip. Food was okay.

Honestly 10/10 bang for your buck! I stayed in a one bedroom suite with microwave, stove top, oven, fridge, etc. It felt like a home away from home not to mention the resort fee being a bonus to our stay. The fee covered endless beach towels as well as beach chairs for “free”. Overall such a wonderful stay in a prime location with plenty of restaurants around and the beach just a minute walk away. Will stay again in the future :)

1. **Lack of transparency on additional fees:** There was no prior information about parking costs and other hotel fees, which impacted your budget. 2. **Poor services:** The hotel did not offer room service, and the front desk provided poor customer service. 3. **Problems with hotel description:** The platform didn’t provide enough information about the hotel, such as the state of the elevators or missing key services. 4. **Expedia’s responsibility as an intermediary:** The platform should ensure that all details and costs are clearly communicated before booking. Posting these points on social media could help other travelers be better informed and might push Expedia to improve their customer service.
