Bed was broken, bathroom was dirty. It was warm in the room. Charging 50 dollars for a parking for not even 10 hours i was going to be there. They didnt even gave me a discount or gi e me back the resort fee.

Better than Kona Kai where I originally stayed. I had the attic room and it was sufficient for this area. I would choose a chain hotel in Key West next time because the restroom wasn’t nearly as clean. The breakfast is the kind you get at a lower end hotel. The service was good. Sadly, there was a man screaming all night nearby.

We had to call someone to open our room late at night. There is no parking, we parked on the street and paid. The breakfast was okay, coffee machine broken. The room was very small, the smallest I’ve stayed in. Not worth the cost.

Staff not very outgoing or friendly. Room/ facility needs to be maintained to higher standard. A lot of signs throughout facility apologizing for things not working. Why not just have them fixed ? I appears that family and friends are working here and are not qualified to maintain property properly. After being in Key West for the last four day I realized there are a lot more options that would have probably been better. Especially at this price point.

We stayed in room 222. Our light turned on ad off all night. Idk if this is on a timer or what but this was seriously annoying. The staff who set up breakfast was not friendly AT ALL. If u asked them anything they acted like you were inconveniencing them. If you dont like people DONT WORK IN HOSPITALITY!

Don’t make a mistake staying there…
Pictures lies! Dirty, bathroom falling apart, AC didn’t cool it off but was good to make a lot of noise. Electric cables hanging connecting tv and fridge. Very old and smelly building. Breakfast with coffee machine not working… terrible place and deceiving pictures.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Key West. However, I was unaware that parking wasn’t included in the booking, which added an extra $25 per day to the cost.

Its was clean and comfortable nothing amazing, but the staff was very friendly. The parking is very limited and around thr corner. My main reason for a 4 star is the shower barely trickled when the hot water was on, so showering kinda sucked. Was walkable to everything and free breakfast was ok.
