Pool and beach so close was great - service at pools was excellent - really nothing to complain about besides the pools are just too warm - look into putting a chiller on the pool so it is refreshing

Great property. Great time. Facilities were awesome, staff was nice. Close to everything. The only downer was the bathroom door handle was broken and the door was hard to open and close and would make a loud noise. We figured why bother over something trivial since everything else was near perfect.

We really enjoyed this property and plan to be back. Second time we stayed there, and love the location, multiple pools, and beach. Rooms and beds are comfortable, the staff is great, nothing bad to say about this place!

The property was disgusting. Nothing was clean. The staff were extremely rude and did not accommodate at all. Our room was infested with ants and we had to beg them to come in to spray almost 24 hours later from when we first reported it. We reported the ants seven times in our four day stay. we asked to be moved several times and they did not respond. The best that they could do was waive our parking fee. I am extremely disappointed and how horrible this trip went considering how much money it cost. I want a refund. Everything about this resort is it a resort that is on its way to being shut down.

Very nice and clean resort!! Housekeeping was on top of everything everyday!! Did not like that you had to pay a daily resort fee and on top of that $42.00 every day to park you don’t get told about!! Also main beach area was being rebuilt from a hurricane or tropical storm that we wasn’t made aware of!! So even though it was really nice we had almost $500.00 bucks tacked on that I didn’t know about when I booked also the booking was non refundable so we had no choice but to stay or lose almost $2000.00 bucks!!

Excellent stay! Very clean, very convenient! Great pool areas (there’s 3 pools) beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds, everything seemed brand new! Bathrooms are beautiful too! Will definitely come back and stay here again!
