This is not a hotel it’s a motel. I walked into my room and walked out. Called another hotel to see if they could accommodate my stay. Place was dirty and runned down. I can’t believe this property is listed on Expedia. I tried to get in touch with Expedia to see if I could at least get my money back for this purchase and can’t find a number to call them.

The pool was nice and clean and lots of chairs. I didn't like the loud construction going on first thing in the morning. Not good when you are on vacation and trying to sleep in.We had no hot water in the shower and we only got clean towels once out of 3 days! No housekeeping service of any kind.

Breakfast is really the only thing I failed at, the fruit was not fresh and the food was cold, and maybe eating on the terrace is a good idea but the roosters don't let you enjoy breakfast.

I booked and pre-paid for an ocean vie for 2 nights. Upon check in told that room wasn’t available. Received pool view which I hate due to increased noise and general activity. Beds were very uncomfortable. When requesting more coffee and water at desk, was told some would be brought to the room. Never got any and had to get it from housekeeping next morning. Received dining credit for outdoor pool side restaurant. While food was decent, lacked variety and indoor dining options. Resort fees for pool access and on site concierge services were disappointing since those are amenities I don’t use so paying for each day for that on top of room rate and parking fee it was an extra $150 of wasted money. I needed a 3rd night, so while it was less than ideal my mother wasn’t up for changing hotels so we dealt with over priced subpar quality for a 3rd night. Out of 2 weeks of hotel stays, this hotel was the worst yet most expensive one. Budget $50 hotel was more comfortable and provided a much more restful night’s sleep than this one. Hotel looks nice. Starbucks on site convenient. That’s it for positive for my experience.

The stay was very pleasant and the ocean view was great, although the bay looked like a boat wreckers lot with 10 or15 sunken boats littering the view. The city of Key West needs to do better and review this unsightly trash from the ocean.

Great property, very clean, only about 20 mins from Duval street where the shops are, attractions and food are in close proximity. Staff was helpful and VERY friendly!!! I like the room, but no stove only a sink and microwave but pretty roomy.
