"The staff is wonderful! Indoor pool is great. The complimentary happy hour could easily have been dinner, and the breakfast had a lot of options! Had trouble with thermostat but Im sure it was operator error. It is right inside NAU campus and so convenient for all the things we love in Flagstaff. Will be back for sure! "

"Just a lil get away and decided to book here. Father is handicap and he came along. Standard room had exceptional space to accommodate his wheel chair and the bathroom walk in shower was just right for him as well.. thank you !!! Awesome staff in the evening . "

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The room was clean except for a stain on the bottom white sheet. Adequate outlets were available for my laptop and phone charger. Mine was a handicapped accessible room but the only outlet at the desk to plug in my laptop power supply was at the wall under the desk - not a problem for me but probably inaccessible to someone in a wheelchair. Also, the Mexican boys in the next room were quite noisy with just a locked door separating the two rooms. With plenty of empty rooms available it seems like it might be wise to not put guests in adjacent rooms."
