Staff was not very friendly, seemed bothered to check us in. Upon check in did not explain where room was, how to get there, where to park, breakfast, no facility map. Room was clean, but extremely noisy children running and yelling all night, seemed like no one cared to tell them anything.

Excellent hotel!
This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the lounge area is very pleasant and well decorated and the breakfast is good. All around a great value.

The large gathering room is an especially pleasant experience. An excellent ski lodge-like feel with a cozy fie and rustic decor, soothing and welcoming enjoy a cup of hot tea or chocolate and just sit back, or play a game around one of the tables. My family has made it a regular rendezvous spot for nearly-yearly visits to the Flagstaff area.

I always stay, if price good, at this Comfort Inn, always clean and pleasant staff. The only thing I would like to add, can Comfort Inn post in the rooms proper behavior when staying in a hotel ie don't let room door slam shut Walk softly when you stay on second floor AND respect other guests by being quiet. Was kept up all night first night when upstairs guest kept jumping on the floor all night.

This was a great stay. We loved the cozy main guest area and fireplace. The staff was so friendly. The outdoor sauna was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We would stay here again!

This was one of our favorite places because of the ski lodge-style decor and holiday decorating. We really enjoyed the main lobby ambiance with fireplace, lounging area, etc. And the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There is a beautiful large fireplace in the great room! There is a beautifully welcoming fire burning in the fire place and people relaxing in the comfy seats around there. Also, Great, hot coffee, tea and hot cocoa packets to welcome you in from the crisp cold early winter night! Very nice staff! Always.
