The staff was exceptional! Overall the hotel was very nice but the walls were SO thin. I could wear what our neighbors were watching until 2 am. Additionally, we only had 4 towels when we arrived and no washcloths. Had to inquire at the desk for more towels multiple times. Also found it odd to pay for parking and breakfast as neither seemed exceptionally unique.

Very nice modern hotel. The rooms are super huge with plenty of space and storage. Beds are wonderful and the place is very clean and cosy. Also I noticed the ceilings are very high which I like as a taller person

The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy. The room smelled new and fresh. It was nice and spacious! I appreciated the small fridge and the coffee pot! The bathroom was also spacious and the shower had nice hot water! I do wish they would have given us more towels...especially hand towels. 2 hand towels and 2 bathtowels just wasn't enough for us. Also, the ice bucket wasn't well insulated so the ice melted quickly.

This hotel allows kids and pets . You need to put family’s all together on one area and others with no kids or pets in another area . We couldn’t sleep for 3 nights due to babies crying and kids screaming. Also your political thoughts are on the tv . Very wrong !

Very nice property with very friendly staff! While free breakfasts are never great this one was really poor: frozen berries, oatmeal with 2 “ of water on top so maybe eat elsewhere.

Super clean and close to NAU.
The hotel shows as new and the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and without fault. The only issue was that two room down from me, on the 3rd floor, there was a guest with a small (by the sound of it) dog that was barking quite a lot. Not a super big deal. I could barely hear it unless I was in the hallway.
