"The guy who checked me in on Thursday, Nov. 28th was very nice and accommodating. This was on Thanksgiving, and I didn't get his name unfortunately. Nicole was also very accommodating throughout our stay. The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was hot and had variety including protein and fruit. The only thing I didn't like is having carpet as I generally prefer no carpet. Rooms/Beds need some updating. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families. It's a family friendly hotel, piano music playing in the lobby, lemon water and a staff that does their best to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. The housekeepers were fairly attentive. New towels mostly and toiletries upon request. I especially like how the staff seemed to want you to enjoy your stay. They leave you alone and do their best to provide assistance when requested. Will definitely be returning to this location if needed while my new place is being remodeled. Busy location that is sometimes high traffic, but overall good stay for the money."
