Everything was great besides having to pay to park in the parking garage as the only other option besides valet. They had balcony options and made it easy to change rooms. Hotel was super close to the Galleria and so many dining options.

When we arrive the desk people Fighting with a resident and the security there fighting each other hitting each other desk people security customers resident people everybody fighting. We don’t know what to do. We have a kids with us scary night for all of us and after checking, we cannot talk to the desk people because there was still fighting people I try to call 911 to help The situation and Employees say you don’t need to just do check in and leave in your room Don’t say no more just imagine this situation and what’s happening and imagine you have your own people or your family with you

Hotel was in a great location walking distance to the Galleria. Hotel was nice my only complaint is no microwave in the rooms and had to go downstairs every time we wanted our food warmed up. The lady that works overnights closed the section every night and seemed as if she was annoyed by us asking to warm our food up any time we did want to use the microwave.

Pros the hotel is close to dining and shopping! The staff in valet were exceptional and prompt with vehicle. Front desk staff were nice. The manager Pinky was helpful and very apologetic with addressing issues with property. Cons the property has roaches and ants. In the kitchen, inside refrigerator, the bed and bathrooms. The elevators don’t work and takes a very long time to come only one side of elevators working. The room has an old smell and very strong odor coming through vents. This property needs serious pest control. I wasn’t planning on packing roaches in my suitcase. I had to find another hotel due to infestation.
