Poor hygiene and the rooms smelled bad even after switching rooms. The breakfast staff were very unprofessional and they would pretend to not hear us when we call them, then came and put the bill in front of us without saying anything. Definitely would not return again.

The entire property was clean being that my wife in an operation manager in a NYC boutique hotel and did not have one complaint is awesome.she stated this hotel is a 10 out of 10. From check in with Emanuel to the bellman on duty during our check in time all the staff that helped with our aunts 80th birthday celebration were awesome.
