"The person checking us in was polite and helpful. Our room was very clean which we appreciated and the carpet looked new. Other positives to mention was that it was in a good location, the pool was warm, and the hot breakfast had quite a few choices (two waffle makers, egg omelets, sausage patties, oatmeal, yogurts, etc.). It was a great choice and experience for the value! "

"The Olive Ann is a gorgeous hotel, new, classy and comfortable. It’s downtown with free valet, covered parking. The rooms are huge with great bedding and are beautifully decorated. Close to Harry’s Steakhouse which was superb. I will never stay anywhere else in Grand Forks again!!!"

"This hotel isn’t fancy. It needs upgrades, but it is clean and has everything you need. It’s out of the way, but quiet and safe. The staff is very friendly and always ready to make your stay a good one. The coffee is really great too. "

"We drove down to Grand Forks for the day, but decided last minute to stay overnight instead of driving home in the dark. We didn’t bring an overnight bag so when we checked into the hotel we asked if they had any toiletries. They were able to provide almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower head had many settings and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast that is included with your stay was great and had lots of choices. We didn’t have any pets, but there was water and treats for anyone who did bring their dog along. Would stay here again. "
