Quiet and easy to find dinning choices in the area. Friendly staff. The restroom on the ground floor/lobby area was out of service according to staff, so I was unable to use restroom before checking in.

The staff were great. So polite, helpful and accommodating. If you have a dog this is the place for you and your pup. We come to Grand Forks once a year and this will be our goto from now on. Highly recommend.

The hotel had friendly staff, it was clean, and a nice continental breakfast area. On the downside, parking was an issue. We stayed 3 nights, and 2 of the nights we were parked on a dark street nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable! We debated trying to cancel our 3rd night stay as it was winthin the cancelation requirements just because we didn't have to sleep in that bed for 3 nights.

Decent value!

Stayed here last year and enjoyed so I booked here again, but this time it felt a bit more rundown and dingy. The room we got this time was on the main floor and didn’t feel entirely clean and welcoming. The bathtub didn’t drain well, the shower curtain and walls in the bathroom had suspicious marks, the room felt very muggy when we first got in (they didn’t leave the AC on for us). The beds were clean though and fairly comfortable, we all got a good sleep which is what mattered. Enjoyed the breakfast, staff was friendly and there was enough parking. For the price, there is value but might think twice when booking in the future.

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful he found us a roll away bed but the condition of the bed was so bad nothing but sharp springs without padding the frame was non existent. Kudos to the clerk for trying to help but it really needs to be trashed.

There was no parking we had to park down the street at a store. Not one open spot. The tv stations don’t work at all in the gym, and cut out in the room. Some stations work for a little bit then start getting pixely and cut out.
