"The hotel and room are better than the photos show. The room is spacious and clean with renewed bathroom. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Free breakfast offers wide selections including many hot items. There was even a DIY pancake machine, and my daughter had many funs with it. Parking is free and easy. Free bottled water and 24-hour hot coffee and chocolate at the lobby. Though in December, the pool and hot tub are still open full day. The hot tub is really "hot" and comfortable, and my daughter played in it happily every day during our stay. The only problem is the noise from the freeway at night. It was like strange winds blowing. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we will choose to stay again when we are back to San Diego. "

"The room was not real fancy, but very nice compared to some. The bathroom was upgraded to modern, plenty of outlets in the room and the room and bathroom were both very clean. I often trot around in socks and my white socks did not get very soiled at all from the carpet. A very nice room for the money; it had a table and chairs and a desk with desk chair plus the normal amenities. "
